Married ~ Claire & Ricky

Claire and Ricky's wedding was one of the most heartwarming and touching weddings I've ever been to. I was welcomed like one of the family, and from the moment I set up my camera to begin shooting, I felt so much happiness. The love emanating from this beautiful couple was so contagious and I spent the day among smiles and laughs. Claire and Ricky were so easy to get along with, and, like many weddings I shoot, I really enjoyed spending time with the bride and groom on one of the biggest days of their lives.

Claire & Ricky were married at Adam's Peak Country Estate in the sunny Hunter Valley. The weather was nice to us and the sun shone beautifully, casting a magical glow upon the estate until sunset.

Married ~ Dan & Jodi

Dan & Jodi were married at one of Tasmania's most popular wedding venues: The Red Feather Inn. Tucked away in the scenic town of Hadspen, the beautiful Georgian buildings coupled with the incredible French inspired gardens at the Inn made for an absolutely perfect backdrop for this wedding. Every corner of the property is like a work of art. The ceremony in the cosy barn house, drinks and mingling among the perfectly maintained gardens and the reception under the garden Marquee.

I was absolutely honoured when Dan & Jodi asked me to cover their special day.  It was all smiles and joy from the moment I arrived in Tasmania. It was my first time visiting, and it was fantastic. The rain was even kind enough to disappear immediately before we were due to take location photos, and shortly after the glorious sunshine followed.

Married ~ Chris & Casey

Casey & Chris' surprise backyard wedding was magical. I got along with this easygoing couple from the moment we met, and after a stunning sunset engagement shoot in the peak of summer, I was very excited to capture their wedding.

Engaged ~ Erin & Mikey

I had so much fun with Erin and Mikey for their engagement session. They visited from Sydney and on the particular day we arranged to shoot, it was pouring with rain. Feeling a bit panicked, I frantically tried to come up with a plan B.
But all my fretting was not necessary. The rain stopped and sunshine broke through the clouds. We were even blessed with a sun shower, and a rainbow! It was a four seasons in one day kinda shoot, but I loved every minute. Oh, and did I mention we played with coloured smoke??
I hope you enjoy the photos!

Engaged ~ Casey & Chris

Chris & Casey's engagement session took place in the sunny wine country region, in Rothbury to be more specific.
It was hot. Really hot. But to this lovely couple's credit, they arrived with big smiles and didn't let the stifling heat get to them. The sun slowly sank towards the horizon as we picked our way slowly through gorgeous paddocks and bushland. I hope you enjoy these photos as much as I enjoyed capturing them. ~ Bec

Married ~ Ben & Katie

To say Ben & Katie's big day was magical would be an understatement. This bright and bubbly couple were married on November 5 at Greenfield Farm Estate, tucked away in the beautifully bushy Martinsville.
I started my day with Katie as her and her wonderful bride tribe readied themselves for the day's adventures.
It was a balmy spring day at the Estate and plenty of Ben & Katie's family and friends gathered to witness this very special union. It was a beautiful moment when Ben saw Katie for the first time in her dress, and the entire bridal party looked amazing.
I got a glimpse into their lives together and saw just how important their family and friends are to them. There were lawn games, a seemingly endless supply of drinks and everybody had a great time. Oh, and FAIRY LIGHTS. As the sun dipped behind the mountains, hundreds....no THOUSANDS of fairy lights lit up their reception and I could barely tear my eyes from this beautiful setting.
Everything was perfect for Katie and Ben, it was an honour to capture this day for them and I enjoyed every moment.

Wedding ~ Anya & Jamie

I'm really pleased to finally be able to share the stunning wedding of Anya & Jamie I covered back in August. From the moment I arrived at bridal prep, right through to covering the newly weds' sparkler exit, I had so much fun and the day way simply amazing. I hope you enjoy these images as much as I enjoyed taking and editing them.

Engagement/Family Session ~ Jacquie & Steve

I had a wonderful photo session with Jacquie and Steve and their two children a couple of weeks ago. This lovely couple will be married later this year and I met with them at one of my favourite places to take photos; Tocal Homestead.  We had a relaxed and fun afternoon in the sunshine and it was so much fun capturing the special bond between Jacquie and Steve and their little ones.

Enjoy ~

Married ~ Teagan & Travis

Teagan & Travis were married at Lindeman's Estate in the Hunter Valley and it was an absolutely stunning day from start to finish. Teagan was one of the most relaxed and care-free bride I've ever worked with, her bubbly personality throughout the day was contagious, and I was among nothing but smiles and joy.
There were very few dry eyes during the ceremony, and we captured some glorious photos as the sun began to set. Drinks remained full all night and the beautiful couple celebrated well into the night amongst their loved ones.

Engaged ~ Douglas & Ros

I'm excited to finally share these images with you. I met with Roz and Douglas one afternoon in some quaint bushland near Kurri Kurri. We were lucky to have some pretty lovely weather, the golden sunset really softened the light in these images. Their wedding is in 2017; and although that still seems a while away yet, time will surely fly by!
